The house was built in 1960. There were no upgrade until now. A complete renovation is sweeping the building. Using the underpinning process, a full basement 8′ high was created. The living room and the kitchen on the 1st floor are conceived as one space, also part of this floor is a bedroom and a bathroom connected to it. 2 bedrooms and a bathroom have been created on the 2nd floor.
